How To Make Triple Cheese & Tarragon-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 large white mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, feta cheese, tarragon, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and tarragon mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
